Anyone knows if there is an addon which showing that you have Ahead of the curve even that you do not have done it as 90% of the groups are asking for it?
Make your own group instead.
or you could get the curve.
better than being a thing thatâs against forum rules
you wonât find better solutions outside of the first two replies.
There is a Website that generates Achievements and provides the Script for the ingame link. It is specified in the EULA that posting achievements you donât have is forbidden and if you are reported you can get banned.
Just get the curve. There are many groups out there that donât require curve.
It took me about 30 seconds to find an addon. But as everybody else said, just get a group or buy a boost: theyâre dirt-cheap now.
Buying a boost doesnât make you any more qualified than a fake achievement, of course, but at least you donât have to do a workaround every time.
What Section and paragraph? I just looked, and canât find anything.
Basically this: https://www.blizzard.com/en-gb/legal/cd5930c0-2784-420c-a23d-1e0d6ff8599b/anti-cheating-agreement
1. allows users to modify or âhackâ a Blizzard gameâs user interface, environment, and/or experience in any way not expressly allowed by Blizzard in the EULA;
Posting achievements you donât have to get into grps that require those achievements is basically scamming other people.
Are you seriously asking people for a cheat on the oficial forum?
How arent you banned yet?
Um. Iâd call that a pretty big stretch. Of course, Blizzard could make that case if they really wanted to. Blizzard can ban anybody for anything, anytime. So they could make that case. But as far as I know, they never have.
The functionality to spoof an achievement is part of the UI. It doesnât require anyone to âmodify or âhackââ it.
FakeAchievement @OP
It kind of was âpart of the uiâ to be able to reach the GM island in vanilla. You were still banned when you went there.
Keep in mind that, just because something is possible it doesnât mean, that it is allowed.
Blizzard can ban for whatever reason, but this doesnât mean bans actually happen. Are there actually reports of people getting banned for using fake achievement links?
Back to the âcurveâ issue, I guess most people forming raids use raiderio anyway? The addon shows the raid progress too, making any forged achievement or false claim plain to see with just a mouseover.
well apparntly you cant copy paste the scripts or they modify but there is actually a website which will generate fake achievement macros for you for whatever you want.
However, there is little point in faking achievements now as raider IO addon also shows your raid status.

Keep in mind that, just because something is possible it doesnât mean, that it is allowed.
For example: Fun
The best addon in the game: Get the achievement! Best addon possible, 100% effective.
Yeah, so much fun to scam people.
I actually meant overall wow and devâs attitude to it, not scamming. Itâs just that phrase perfectly fits when you see devs nerfing something you like everytime.
Oh ok, then nevermind.
There was an addon for it but people only have to compare achievements to see you are missing it. They can also look you up on the armory or third party sites like raider.io.

or you could get the curve.
Problem is you need curve to get curve
