Alchemy, and exploding

Continuing the discussion from Alchemy explosion cooldown:

I work in IT he does not work in IT. At work I log in and experiment every 4 hours, he cant. He usually get to play 3-4 hours, meaning he gets in between 1 and 2 failures a day. I get 3-4 - that is a massive difference. If I’m lucky and he’s not - I will easily be 8 days ahead of him increasing.

yeah, I’m at the stage (100 in alchemy), where I’m exploding after 2-4 experiments.

The cooldown is down to 2 hours, and dont know if thats down to points in the alchemy tree or a blizzard nerf, but it’s still a fricking annoying rng way to run this kind of ‘limit’.

So anyway, came here to ask if there’s any way of mitigating it? All wowhead says under the ‘liquid courage’ page is stories of people getting so p*ssed with this that they have dropped alchemy completely.

Liquid Couarge is the only way to remove the cooldown/debuff before it expires. I havent touched experimenting once I got all the recipes and maxxed it out.
