I have an issue with a Legion-era Alchemy quest: “Vault of the Wardens: Demon’s Bile”. My character in question is level 60, and the tooltip for Skaggldrynk says it’s ineffective on level 50+. I attempted to do it as level 60 with Skaggldrynk (the Runic Lock on the door becomes visible, but not interactable). I tried the SL invisiblity pot, also ineffective. I then tried to level sync with a friend at level 50, using Skaggldrynk, the Runic Lock becomes visible, interactable, however as soon as the ‘cast’ finishes, I get thrown out of invisiblity with “Invalid target” as error, and the door to continue the quest remains shut.
The most recent topic I found on this was from 2020 and it offered no solution to this problem. It did mention it was hotfixed during BFA, but that doesn’t seem to apply to SL.
Update: it worked for me today, 4/5 cleared in normal, level 60 skaggldrynk. I could interact with the lock without issue and finish the requirements.
