And basically destroy the planet & game-world we play on, thus ending the game permanently…?? YES (bad)…!
There wouldn’t have BEEN any Azeroth… that’s the point.

we didn’t kill him bro
nah brah, he was gonna send a message to the titans and they were dead anyway(bs retcons) so it was all pointless
Well it wouldn’t destroy the planet, but it would destroy the world as in all-life and civilizations.
The idea is that the planet would essentially reboot and start over from scratch.
It’s not a retcon, its perfectly reasonable if Algalon didn’t know if the titans were dead thus sending the message, and now that we have a better understanding of how the titans work, as in it is more machine like than organic, it is also safe to assume that the origination protocols could be triggered automatically rather than be directly approved by the titans themselves.
i swear some people cannot read nor have the ability to understand the storyline of a 12+ and up game
yesz bro it is
you assume a whole lot of crap to fit your whatever
he says that if replay code omega is not sent re-orgination will start regardless
heck i’d show you a screen shot since i’m in uldaur right now farming transmogs but i’m not trust 3 so
Algalon the Observer yells: I have seen worlds bathed in the [Makers] flames, their denizens fading without so much as a whimper. Entire planetary systems born and razed in the time that it takes your mortal hearts to beat once. Yet all throughout, my own heart devoid of emotion… of empathy. I. Have. Felt. Nothing. A million-million lives wasted. Had they all held within them your tenacity? Had they all loved life as you do?
Algalon the Observer yells: Perhaps it is your imperfections… that which grants you free will… that allows you to persevere against all cosmically calculated odds. You prevail where the Titan’s own perfect creations have failed.
Algalon the Observer yells: I’ve rearranged the [reply code] - your planet will be spared. I cannot be certain of my own calculations anymore.
Algalon the Observer yells: I lack the strength to transmit the signal. You must… hurry… find a place of power… close to the skies.
Brann Bronzebeard yells: I know [just the place] Will you be all right?
Algalon the Observer yells: Do not worry about my fate, Bronzen. If the signal is not transmitted in time, re-origination will proceed regardless. Save… your world…
what about this is hard to understand?
roooight roooight, send the omega code to halls of reorigination where brann just goes blue fer the alliance to stop the machine, such great story writting never needs retcons, it just works xD
can’t do that at the times Uldum was sealed of from the rest of the world do you even lore? no wonder the lore has gotten so bad they have to appeal to this people who hardly has the intelligence to breath much like understand simple plot lines
pinokio has better lore, do u even pinokio?
Ok humor me for a second, lets say one day you decide to read the bible and get to the part where The Jesus dies. Does that mean that The Jesus coming back to life is a retcon ?
only if it’s suddenly stated he never died, what would be a retcon would be, if it turned out god was dead all along xd
It was never stated that the Titans never died, in fact it was specifically stated that the Titans are very distend from their creations, which include the Observers.
and? how does this add to the conversation, no wonder you can keep topics going for days on end with this kind of comments xd
It would mean that we have had an unreliant narrator.
That Algalon is not a reliant narrator, its a recontextualization not a retcon.
when the wriets of the story changes 50 times I’d say we have retcon writers BUT HEY HO PINOKIO. I think it’s typical when a story writen by a gets taken over by B he starts changing all kinds of stuff, I call it retcons, you can think it’s not due to the genius writing that thought of everything and makes it all fit, but we’ll jsut have to agree to disagree on that, I ain’t gonna sit here all day to disscuss this if u dont mind
I mean players. Nothing wrong with races those are not broken and every race has it own place in azeroth. I personally just cannot see other way to save azeroth. We can ofc continue like this and eventually end up quiet azeroth with only few players what i am totally ready for. I know how its play decades game you love kinda alone and actually learned love it. Im just not so sure are rest of players in azeroth ready for same destiny
Then you are using the term “retcon” incorrectly. I am neither saying that the story changes are good or bad, just saying that the Titan status or them being alive or dead changes depending on perspective in the story. Algalon has the perspective that they are still alive due to him missing the information of their passing, Ra-den has the perspective of them being dead having the information of their passing, Sargeras has the perspective of them being neither as he has the information of them being able to resurrect.
And I agree with you, the story is suffering due to actual retcons and recontextualizations of poor writhers trying to fix what isn’t broken.
i hate to admit you have a point but my pettyness reaches beyond what you can conceive therefor SMOKEBOMBVANISH
RETCONS
