Hi I have the All-Consuming Loop (ring) at tier 5 ilvl 226. When I try to upgrade it to Tier 6 the Upgrade guy in Korthia says it cant be modified? I have enough Catalogued Research to do so. I have many other Tier 6 items in use on my Character. Is this a known problem?
