All instance groups disbanding on TarrenMill

This event happened, continuously, this past Sunday, and is happening again as I type this message (currently only spotted on TarrenMill EU):

At (seemingly) random times, all instance groups are being disbanded, with the instances they were in being reset. This is happening without leaders having disbanded the groups, and it is preventing people from playing in instances.

Is this something that is supposed to happen, or is it a bug?

Also, if this is indeed a problem, then can we get an explanation as to why it is happening?

happens just now here as well, 2 times in a row. Was with people from TarrenMill, not sure if that makes any difference (I’m not on TM)

Ongoing issue for the last few days atleast on Tarren Mill

Can confirm. Tarren Mill twice the raid disbanded.
Nothing mentioned by Blizzard either. Tickets are not being responded to.

It seems to affect people from TarrenMill, and only TarrenMill, at the moment. You being in a group with people from that server is likely going to be the reason why your groups disbanded.

Same here, we just lost a raid and the loot of Eranog (as he died just when we got kicked out of instance). Big waste of time for 10+ people.

We have lost several m+ keyes due to the same issues

Same here, twice deformed raid group. Looks like every 10 mins

Happened multiple times to my raid, we are just thankful we got our raid targets down before we got disbanded.

This is such an awful player experience to experience group disband mid mythic raid pull. Pls fix

Blizzard please fix this issue, mythic raiding is so hard to progress through when group disbands every 10th minute and pull timer doesn’t even work.

Issue already persists from yesterday at least.

Raid night is ruined. Please fix the issue ASAP!

The groups iv been in today, iv been kicked out aprox. 10-15 sec after engaging a boss.

Adding extra info (summary of replies below, above, and anything else I can find):

  • Logs: There are no relevant logs, ie, no errors (under <GameInstallationDir>/_retail_/Logs).
  • In-game LUA errors: No apparent errors popping up.
  • Time intervals: The disbands seem to happen every 10-15 mins, and are simultaneous for every group in the server (it seems).
  • Affected Groups: Currently, every instance group that has at least one person from TarrenMill, Blackhand and Draenor EU. Reports of GrimBatol, Kazzak and Blackrock groups as well. Reports of Aggramar being affected as well.

Can confirm this is still happening. Both in raids, m+, and heroics.
