Hello.
Opening this ticket in hope that someone will answer me, why do my spells and abilities randomly freeze, show no cooldown and are unable to use. Encountered this problem for more then 8 times as I remember, number might not be correct + - 1-2 incidents maybe.
It is extremely frustrating especially when one is in rated arenas or in m+ for example. Especially ones that take almost an hour to get into, like Solo shuffle and not being able to play and loose earned rating/mmr or loose a key in M+ because nothing on your action bar works aside from spells/abilities that are not macroed.

As a first step with an issue like this, I would suggest disabling your addons and resetting your user interface.

I had similar problems today with two feral druid abilities.
I was in a timewalking dungeons and suddenly Swipe and Thrash stopped working. I could press the button but no energy was used and it had no effect aka not hitting anything.

I found using a macro extender addon caused this for me.
If not a full logout and back in again should solve it.
