1,5 days ago I logged in ready to play, when I found out my char was naked, with all gold + gear gone.
I suspect I have been hacked? I posted a ticket, but now answer what so ever.
Can you help me?

Nobody can help you outside of the Staff.
Do you share your account with someone? Do you log in from public machines? Do you suspect you have been phished?
1.) Apply an authenticator to the account, it’s a free phone app and everyone should do it if they value the time that they’ve put into their account.
2.) Contact staff via the ingame help or the ticketing option on this page:
3.) Change any passwords that were similar to your Blizzard account on different services/websites
4.) Wait for staff to fix your issue
