All servers marked "incompatible"

When I try to login all the servers in the list are marked “incompatible”.

I’ve logged out, restarted batlenet, checked for updates (batlenet says I’m up to date) and bought “War within”. Still nothing.

Just to check you have the latest patch, your battlenet app should show game version 11.0.55824.

If it’s still showing 10.2.xxxx then that will be why the realms are incompatible and means the patch hasn’t installed.

Ah… that’s it thanks, it does say 10.2. But when I do a “searcjh for updates” I get “up to date”! So how to I force a manual update then?

Honestly, i have no idea and have never encounted that issue myself.

Have you tried to exit battlenet app completely, wait a minute for the processes to close down fully, then restart it?

Not sure if it would effect it, but do you have “Never automatically apply updates” set in settings? (Though i would assume that manually checking would not be effected by that).

Well… after clicking on the “seach for updates” for about the 20th time, it suddenly started updating and now I can enter… go figure…
