All skills dissapear from action bars upon log in

Hi all,

As the subject says, whenever I log in with an alt rogue, all my skills from action bars are gone. Needless to say, spending 5 min every time putting them back and organizing bars is very tedious process.

It happens only on one character (I tried 5 until now).

Anyone knows what this is about?

Note that I am not talking about action bars dissapearing. I am saying all SKILLS are gone from action bars.

It is on the known issues list

I have seen some claim that setting up a new profile (talent loadout) can help.
