I have a character that is Night Fae and has the Queen’s Conservatory at rank 5, sanctum fully upgraded, all Ardenweald / Night Fae campaign completed.
I looked at Wowhead and read the comments and I think that I need to have a seed up with 4 of the purple catalysts and then you get a popup quest from the reward satchel.
I’ve done a couple of these and haven’t seen anything of Lia. Am I doing this right, or have I missed some prior step?
