well as you can probably tell from his reaction, that was one of those moments where the planets aligned perfectly in favor of that hunter.
also, thatâs a clip from classic when it was 25% (or 30% as you put it) which means the chance to resist average was 3/10 stuns, Payo tried to stun him 4 times and gave up, thatâs 4/10⌠too bad he gave up after that. would have been fun to see if he could get a 5th or even a 6th.
Thatâs why it got nerfed in tbc and you got the pve damage buff as compensation and it does happen all the time in classic i stopped using hammer of justice on orcs simply because it would almost always resist.

just doesnât feel that way for me, ever. like if that happened to me on a regular basis i would have agreed with you, but like i said, planets aligning perfectly and being screwed by RNGesus to this level (to the point where its worthy of a clip of its own) shouldnât be a basis of which to nerf it. windfury has a 30% proc chance too, and i can tell you that happens way more often than the classic stun resist ever did for me.

tbh thatâs not a guarantee, it was uploaded to twitter on may 30th, the clip itself could have been recording on a previous date of unknown origin, and knowing the sleazy kind of person Payo is, he could have saved that clip for just such an occasion, to maybe have blizzard nerf hardiness beyond the 15% value, because that would give him an advantage as a rogue.

thats because person A has a legit issue that canât be fixed through any effort of their own as thereâs nothing that can be done on a playerâs side to decrease bg queue times, and person B is just angry that they are âlosing their only advantageâ.
