So faction balance is not a ālegitā issue?
not if it comes at the cost of one faction suffering 1-2 hour queues with terrible honor gain even for a win.
if this change to queue times means the alliance side literally dies off completely as a result im all in favor of it, because thereās no way iām gonna sit here like a clown getting measly 1k honor in a 12 hour play session and then do that 18-28 days in a row for a single piece of trash blue resilience gear.
Looks like his play session is more important than game integrity.
thereās not much game integrity in 1-2 hour queues and so far all your solutions have fallen flat on their heads.
admit it, youāre just salty because you want to gatekeep pvp gear from horde and have an easier time in arena.
i donāt believe you anymore when you say its about game integrity because so far youāve done nothing but show everyone here how much you are bothered by ganking, horde racials and the fact you have no friends.
Ah I see. So itās actually āonly issues affecting me are legitimate issues, the others are completely irrelevenat and if solutions to my issues make other issues worse I donāt careā. Amazing.
me and every other horde player in the world *
but nice try.
Doesnāt change anything. Still a completely egotistical take on things.
oh and yours is a noble cause i suppose.
keeping the majority of the playerbase from pvping because of selfish reasons?
you are no better than me. in fact you are objectively worse than me.
Except people have proposed numeros alternative solutions that in fact help not hurt faction balance. You have literally said you donāt care if the other faction dies out because of this.
yeah and those solutions are
- reroll alliance
- force faction transfer
none of which are solutions.
with 1-2 hour queues sure some people might faction transfer, but with instant queues? lol never.
that is where the defense in your solution falls flat - nobody actually WANTS to switch to alliance, but gatekeeping bgs would certainly serve as a great (at this point artificial) incentive to force players to faction change.
Yes BG queues are a great incentive to play Alliance. Just like Horde has numerous other incentives to play them. You see no one actually wants to play Horde they just play them because of incentives (this is your take not mine). But since youāve said you donāt actually care about faction balance and would in fact not mind of one of the factions didnāt exist I canāt exactly expect you to want to have incentives for playing either faction.
except thatās not true.
iām gonna take a shot in the dark here and say that what you classify as incentives to play horde can be boiled down to racials, right?
well iāve already had this discussion about 1000 times too many this week, so lets just say i flat out disagree with that notion as alliance have their own useful racials.
hereās the deal though, you are trying to gatekeep the opposite faction from bgs, horde is not doing that to the alliance.
if the alliance were unable to play an aspect of the game, say pve, there would be solutions implemented to help you with that, like there was in the past, and you wouldnāt see horde coming along going āBOO HOO NOW I CANāT GANK AS MUCH AS BEFOREā
remember in phase 2 when everyone was crying about the corpsewalks to BRM? yeah blizzard stepped in and helped you with that, didnāt they? they actually stepped in TWICE to help you with that.
once when they opened free server transfers for you, and secondly when they opened bgs ahead of time to minimize the world pvp, or ganking as you would probably call it.
Very true, it seemed almost lost to history that the BGās were opened early as a relief effort + the server Xfers.
Thatās not what happened. Free transfers were opened up from overpopulated servers with queues to smaller servers without them. It had nothing to do with P2. We did get actual server transfers though (about a week after BGs were released). If thatās an acceptable solution why wouldnāt faction transfers be a solution?
- Level to 70 at the peace you want, wait for WotLKC and then enjoy as Horde enthusiasts get crashed by the reverse card Alliance will pull on them when we become the big faction.
The difference there is that Horde retain their PvE supremacy in WotLK. In TBC Horde are the prefered choice for both PvE and PvP.
Guy makes another funny post, but guess what ? All the Horde players who were flaming him in his previous one and reporting are the same people who are saying āwell done bro!ā xD You cant make this $hit up anymore hah.
So, if you min-max, itās bad, but if someone took orc because he donāt want to be a drainei, thatās no go. Right?
Well
But there is 49 alliance teams and 51 horde teams in top 100 2v2. Mate?
