Alliance-favourable patch

I am not going to call it outright favouritism, it’s completely fine for a patch to be more alliance-centered, but boggles my mind it’s even up for discussion at this point.

1.Epic sword is a 2H, best 1H for Rog/Warrior is a Sword.
2. All the major gold farming locations are in Wetlands, where Horde doesn’t even have a vendor or a flight master. Average Hunter bot will outfarm a Horde human player because he has easy access to Wetlands and has a vendor nearby.
3. Alliance got Windfury at lvl 25 for no reason whatsoever.
4. Battlegrounds are Alliance-dominated due to Paladins being very balanced and fair, underpowered even. Very high skill floor, unlike Shamans. I don’t know why they have to have lvl 80 kits at lvl 25 but here we are, I guess.

Next raid that’s coming is Gnomeregan. I hope at least the best weapons will be Maces or Axes, since, again, the area is easy to access for Alliance and hard for Horde.

Not a big fan of Paladin favouritism either, happened on Turtle wow and now 30-40% of the server plays that single high class.

Just look at the BFD dungeon loot, they just scaled up the items already available.

Horde has better pvp racials, alliance better pve racials. Welcome to vanilla

There are plenty of other zones to farm gold, just like thousand needles, stonetalon mountains if youre an engineer or desolace if you have good gear to kill higher level mobs.

alliance got WF from druids, horde got kings from hunters

BGs are premade dominated.

Bad horde players complain about paladins, bad alliance players complain about shamans, again - welcome to vanilla. Blizzard couldve prevented those tears by adding horde paladins and alliance shamans, but I guess that was too much work for the quick cashgrab SoD actually is.

Talk about having been spoonfed your entire life when you look for problem basically everywhere you can.

Edit: just adding You are the reason why retail has turned into a bland boring game where nothing is special anymore. Keep whining more so we end up excatly where we did the last time

Time is money, friend!
Glad i could help!

But yes, horde has no flight master there.

Orc bro has 25% chance to resist stun, bloodfury, axe spec, Horde favored Ashenvale with 2 FP inbetween base and so on and so on…

Youre implying that retail is the way it is because blizzard listened to “bad suggestions” from their playerbase which is wrong. Blizzard never listened, retail is bad because of out of touch developers who dont even play the game and modern monetization.
Oh, and because some people defend everything blizzard does, so why would they try to bring out decent content when little fanboys whiteknight them anyway.

Windfury is annoying though. The diffrentiating factor was that horde had windfury totem(which is a stationary buff) and other weaker totems an paladins had op auras and buffs in team play.

Now druids act as a mobile windfury provider for all classes and even when shaman will get windfury totem i will be far worse than a druids automatic constant buff.

I think there was a mention of some sort of teleport horde might get to go there, like the things in Gadgetzan. Got no source for that, just remember hearing about it somewhere. Would make sense since I think our closest FP would be Badlands.
EDIT: Also… SM farming is very horde favorable… closest ally FP is WPL which isn’t gonna be a fun time…

Guess warlock summons will be expensive…

I aint paying that much for a summon! I’m just gonna play more Peggle while walking!

There already one in Booty Bay with a simple quest. So horde will literally have to either take boat from Ratchet or zep from OG or UC. Will take all of 5 mins to get there from any city.

One that already goes to Gnomeragan? Well problem solved then :stuck_out_tongue:

Considering warrior axe appears id imagine so for you atleast. Ironically every alliance says horde bias

Based on? Pretty sure both hunter and rogue are more popular.

  1. What are you trying to say?
  2. Horde has Hillsbrad, probably the best farm of all in SoD which is horde-only.
  3. So does horde.
  4. Paladins are absolutely crap in PVP and no premade even runs one. Its just 6x Hunter + FC + 3 Priests, they are popular because of DS but definitely not strong.

So again, what are you trying to say here?

Horde has better Ashenvale connection, better worldbuff drop locations and so much better quest items that they had to add new recipes.

I don’t understand your comment about gnomeregan it was always accessible for horde via scooty’s teleporter

And you don’t need to be 25 to get wild strikes (windfury) I managed it at 14 the hardest part was the trek through ashenvale (on horde side it was simpler due to geography)

The paladin part surprised me if anything its warlocks/priests as a warrior because of the shields (rage gen issues) but in the same breath its just level 25… be a different story when the last stance, 31 pt talents and zerk rage (fear break) come into play
Not to mention better weapons (warrior class quest coming up)

Ashenvale being horde dominated… aside from geography of astranaar being in center I don’t agree it was a massive culture shock going there with an alliance toon for the first time and realising the next nearest FP was in azshara… not to mention ratchet being a hellhole

Horde always had a TP to gnomeregan from booty bay.
