For AV and WSG? Pretty common to get 15~ min queue for AV. On its first day it was less then 5min. I haven’t tried WSG yet.
Usually on regular hours it pops within one minute.
less than 10 secs, anytime during the day.
Outnumbering 5to1 and zeging lowbies all the way while they were exping, has his price i think.
