Alliance hub in midnight should have been EXODAR

Yes the alliance should have come to the aid of sunwell but in same time refuse to live inside silvermoon.
Instead the draenei capital city exodar should have been the hub for the alliance.
Floating above silvermoon.

Why? Both silveemoon and exodar were introduced in TBC.
Draenei and naaru played huge role in cleansing the sunwel.

‘Without velen sunwel would be lost.’

Liadrin did once already come to ask help of shatrath city thus the naaru and draenei.

Draenei are all about holy light and paladins. Seeing blizzard is going full light vs void draenei fit extremly well. The army that came to help liadrin should have been draenei paladins with velen.

It would be much more epic.

Two rival races that hated each other in tbc being the ones at the steering wheel to save azeroth.

Everyone would be happy and we would get even more content.

This way both factions get their own hubs and keep their faction pride and help each other against world ending threat not needing to invade each other teritories.

Tbh, I just want Stormwind and Ironforge to be revamped and to expand the Deeprun Trams to go to any expansion continent.

I wouldn’t need any other hub in the game.

Well sure if the current content requires it but the most logical updated hub would be exodar. Sure i heard stratholme etc but since blood elves came out exactly with the draenei why not update both their city at once after idk how many years?

I think it would be more interesting to see a new city for the Draenei on Azuremyst.

It’s one or the other. Blizzard’s not going to do both. Between a flying Exodar and Azuremyst City, I prefer the latter.

Why? We’re dealing with the Sunwell and the invasion in that area… Exodar is the complete opposite side of the world…

The only thing with revamping Azuremyst - make sure it’s clear of the Night Elven ruins.

Currently, Azuremyst is not a true embodiment of Draenei culture and mastery. It’s an ancient Highborne ruin, trapped between lingering elf spirits and hostile Naga.

If it’s getting revamped, I’d love to see the Highborne ruins fully levelled by the Draenei and replaced with Draenei / WoD Draenei architecture.

Because draenei were involved directly with the sunwel and are lights chosen warriors(naaru). They were introduced together with blood elves. Seems rational for alliance to get revamped exodar floating above silvermoon especially with the latest story around exodar. Especially with the drama around alliance players not welcomed in silvermoon. In tbc alliance got exodar and horde gets silvermoon. This way they would treat both factions fairly.

Exodar and silvermoon were also because of game limitations at the time both in “outland” great time to bring them to azeroth and reconect them with the planet. Maybe after the xpac exodar can return to float above azurmyst.

Not Exodar but the Vindicaar.

It is the Army of the Light, fancy pew pew lazers is their speciality.

Also think a floating ship above Silvermoon would have been sooo epic.

Yea i know but i would rather see repaired version of the exodar. Since it was tied to silvermoon because of the tbc.

It would look very nice. Can you imagine the loading screen or raid loading screen of the zone? Silvermoon deffending itself with horde and alliance via exodar floating above the city. Void would perhaps even feel threatened.

Both options are nice, but if they decided to revamp only this particular area then Vindicaar is also nice.

Either way it would play nicely into the fantasy.

I support this but i think it’s too late. The game is about to go alpha and they already designed the hub and everything. Not sure if they’re willing to scrap it all.

Those of you that have nice ideas should post them on the US forums. Don’t think you get much attention here.

Yea well said. Blizzard does not back out on anything. They feel extremly disconected and on high horse especially after seeing them on the gamescom. They werent so enthousiastic themself.

I would like to compare this maybe to the marvel rivals devs. I remember there was for example a drama over ranked resets and the devs did back out. And not only there. They do it all the time. They try to do what community is asking them to.

But then blizzard has its player caught in fishing net and it shows. New devs like at marvel rivals cannot be so self endulged. I guess?

They sometimes do, actually. If there is enough outrage they change things.

I suspect they will just cave in and make Silvermoon Alliance friendly, at least during this expansion.

I don’t think they will design a new hub, spend time and resources when they have an easier fix

might happend in the xpack after due to we need to save illidan still.

I think they should have revamped the Exodar, too, and had a version of it floating somewhere in Quel’thalas. Two separate hubs, like the two shrines in MoP. I guess they don’t do things like that anymore. :person_shrugging:
