Which race looks aesthetically pleasing out the alliance?
Human, dark iron and regular dwarf, lightforged and regular dranei.
Human and draenei always look appealing, though the eleks look like they would be trouble fitting through small spaces aha.
Any kind of dwarf > anything else in Alliance, especially those ugly goats…

If i would care about racials for paladin specs: Human/IF Dwarf and normal Dwarf: pvp in general, it depends if you would like to remove dots or have another trinket for stunns.
PvE: lightforge for ret, i can’t see draenei being so usefull but it’s okey for Hpal/prot.
That’s what i personaly think, i always go human pala because i like the trinket and bonus rep :))

I think the Human Paladin is the most iconic Paladin. A Human in full Judgement armour, carrying Sulfuron? For me, that’s some peak Paladin right there. Just Google “Judgement Paladin” and the art speaks for itself.
That said, I think the Draenei are the most aesthetically pleasing of the group. Especially the Lightforged. Like, it’s in the name. They are sculpted by the Light, to be living servants of the Light. Those soft pastels, whites, golds and blacks look so good with holy magic. Also something, something, Draenei females, something, something…
Dwarves are one of my favourite races hands down, but not that aesthetically pleasing unless you’re a big fan of beards. In which case, all power to you. I don’t think they’re as iconic as a human Paladin either, despite being one of the original two Paladin races. Not that many lore important Dwarf Paladins, sadly. As for Dark Irons? Kinda baffles me they can be Paladins at all. Not ardently against it, just never struck me as a class that fit them given their history.
Ironforge (Regular) Dwarf and Dark Iron Dwarf are two great options of aesthetically pleasing Alliance Paladin Races. Small and robust, they are a solid and friendly demeanour about their look (even if your Dwarf has glowing red eyes and a singed beard!) Their squat nature means that they are well grounded and reliable while still being cool! Dwarves have the best racial cities too!
Also Dark Iron Dwarves have one of the Alliance’s only decent offensive racials!
Humans are just cliche at this point and either provide snobbery from a Lore point of view, or ego from a player point of view. Draenei are alright, but Lightforged Draenei are a bit too pale! Draenei males are awful for both races - they are far too top and forward heavy. Its very disconcerting!

Human is probably the worst call after the spacegoats.
Cant even think a single reason to play anything else than dwarf when youre allowed to pick one.

Light forge dranei, everything else is inferior.
Humans are dull. Dwarves are small and lame.
I’m torn between Lightforged and Dark Iron, I’ve got one of each and they both just scream Paladin to me.
Lightforged because they’re literally all about the light, with tattoos and glowing eyes.
Dark Iron because of their fiery aesthetic, like a holy fire rising up through their coal blackened skin.
<- Dwarf Paladin, look no further!

Human paladins, lordaeron, the lore perfect, but hey i have 3 palas anyway ret hum, tank dwarf, heal lf.
Why choose if u can have all eh?

Plate gear looks best on humans (and female orcs on horde).
I am a huge dwarf fan, and i only made this one a draenei to get the heritage transmog.
He will soon be a Dark Iron like most of my other chars.
But if you prefer symmetrical characters, with symmetrical “reasonable” shoulderpads, etc…
I would not recommand male draenei or male dwarf.
They got “micropeen-syndrome-shoulderpads”, as i jokingly call them.
Not as much as the orcs do, but still… it will be hard to find shoulder armor that looks like…armor.
