So, I’m trying to start the Alliance War Campaign, with the intention of unlocking the Kul Tirans. However, I am unable to start the actual questline, despite completing all the possible prerequisite quests (A Nation United, Pride of Kul Tiras, not sure if there are any others). Also, I’ll add that I’ve unlocked all the Allied races for the Horde, so any account wide quests that there might be, have more than likely have been done. So yea, any assistance would be greatly appreciated on this matter. Many thanks in advance.
The Alliance War campaign for Kul Tiras starts at Stormwind keep. Though you might need to pick up a breadcrumb quest from the warboard if turalyon is on the throne.

A little word of courage first: I’ve seen a solid 5-6 posts about this particular issue over the past few weeks that all boil down to the same issue. It seems like there is one quest that consistently blocks people from continuing the war campaign, so you’re by no means alone with this.
In order to continue on the war campaign after establishing the footholds, here’s what you should do:
- Check with Halford Wyrmbane in Boralus and see if he offers you “Uniting Kul Tiras”.
- If he does, great! Hand in the quest and you should be able to continue the war campaign through “The Vol’dun Plan”. (Keep in mind, Uniting the Isles requires you to be friendly with the 3 core factions of Kul Tiras, but I see you already have tha)t.
- If Halford doesn’t offer you the quest (which is pretty likely), head to the Earthen Guardian also in Boralus and do whatever quest he offers you. It’s usually a quick turn-in for Silithus, so doesn’t take any time, and after that, go back to step 1 since Halford should now offer you the quest.
The reason for the above is that the war campaign requires you to have the Heart of Azeroth unlocked on your character, which nowadays isn’t part of your normal progress anymore and is often missed if you go back do the BfA storyline retroactively.
