So, I have a pandaren warrior, but I have seen threads saying they can’t really be fury warriors because pandaren are peaceful by nature. Now it may not be a big deal to most others but I like to play all three specs of any class I have, for variety.
I also like there to be at least some minimal level lore justification for each spec, otherwise my immersion gets ruined and I don’t enjoy playing the character in game.
I know game mechanics and in character situations are different, but I need it to be this way, dunno if its my OCD or what.
So I was wondering, could someone please suggest me an alliance warrior race that has some lore justification for playing as arms, fury and protection warriors.
I would say, the peacefulness of the Pandaren is a choice, not genetic. I have no problem with an “oddball” Pandaren who unleashes his ursine rage sometimes.
To answer your actual question, though, I’d primarily say worgen and Draenei. They have powerful legs (for that Heroic Leap thing), and generally a good warrior physique.
I do think, however, that every race can be a good warrior if you put some thought into it.
(I strive to avoid ridiculously large weapons and otherwise improbable transmogs…)
