Hey guys.
So I recently faction changed my DH (level 50) with the sole purpose of unlocking some of the horde allied races, since what I actually want to play and start fresh with is nightborne.
Unfortunately, I’m not able to use chromie to go back to legion, as it only says that my character is needed elsewhere.
I’d really appreciate some help. Otherwise, I basically wasted 30+ EU on nothing :c

Chromie will no longer allow you to “switch” timelines after you’ve reached level 50, as at that stage, you no longer need the exp from pre-SL zones to level up (which is the main reson Chromie exists).
Instead, you can now kick off the starting questline for Legion and head there normally through the quest “Legion: The Legion Returns”, which should be available for you at a Hero’s Call Board.
Once you’re there and quested through to Suramar, here’s an overview from wowhead about the Nightborne, including unlock requirements, just so you have it handy once you reach that point.
Also keep in mind, that an often overlooked gateway quest for any Legion endgame content is “Uniting the Isles”, so your first main goal after the intro quest chain should be to get that quest done.

Thanks for the help, but when I go to the warchief’s command board (assuming that’s what is being referred to), my only choices are Tanaan jungle, The Jade forest and Mount Hygal 
Has this characrter been in Legion before? Do you have a Dalaran Hearthstone in your bad? or if you go through the portal from Orghrimmar to Azsuna and fly to Dalarando you see any quests fthere for you?
Omg, I totally forgot about the hearthstone. Yes, thank you for reminding me 
DHs can’t access the Legion intro because their starting zone is their Legion intro.
