Allied races and level boosting question

Hey all!

I was just wondering, that if i boost an allied race to lvl120 now, and come Shadowlands it has to reach the new lvl cap, am i still eligible for the heritage armor set? Or do i have to level from 10 to 60. Thanks for any info!

To get the heritage armor you have to level from scratch.
No boosts are allowed

Edit: also im pretty sure in shadowlands you need to hit level 50 to get the heritage armour instead of 60
