Will we get the allied races mounts for free in Shadowlands?
As we`ll get all allied races for free, is that mean we will get their mounts without any rep farm aswell?

The other terms for unlocking still apply, it’s only the reputation requirement that goes away.
Subject to change of course, what with it still being alpha.
If you have the rep, you just need to do 1 quest for each mount. It still looks like a free mounts to me 
I hope they wont put some extra requirements for them in SL.
No, that depends on the race. DID, for example, requires the Ready for War achievement. Mechagnomes, The Mechagonian Threat. Etc.
