Do we need to buy shadowlands to be able to unlock allied races more quickly(without exalted rep)?becouse i logged some minutes ago(without the new expansion, only with bfa) but in the hall in ogrimmar the exalted achivements still remain .
Any infos?

its part of the 9.0 changes, not related to preordering SL.
The only thing related to allied races you get for pre-ordering is the ability to make allied race DKs (assuming you’ve already unlocked the allied race).
