Please allow for character transfers in Season of Discovery.
Almost half the guilds on Living Flame are dead because the realm was totally unplayable the first two months.
I want to get my characters out of your mentally disabled and laggy pvp realms.

I think the fact they’ve given us catch up Mechanics means they won’t. I’ve got an Alliance on the most dead server in Choas Bolt and I’m sure he will be stuck there until the servers merge.
Reject them all and play on a PvE realm.
Yes, absolutely, most people definitely keep track of streamers. I think you vastly overestimate how big and famous streamers are

Open paid transfer ffs! Why you don’t let as play our character on other realm because of that we can’t play with a our friends. This is number 1 bull****

ive been advocating this since december p1 i prob made 10 good reasons for this idea hope they do so but glad they are allowing some transfers after all
I started playing SOD on living flame EU, friends then started on a later date on Wild Growth so I started a new toon on Wild growth to play with them. I then paid for a character transfer but to my surprise I’m unable to transfer to this server even though I play on that server. the transfer character is same faction so would not cause the server faction balance as I can only log on one toon at a time.
It will cause change in balance because there would be +1 active alliance player on the new realm and -1 on the old realm, without the corresponding changes on the Horde side
No it would not I log out on one character and log in with another taking up the same space. I can create new characters on here
A server is balanced if and only if the number of active players on each side is the same. If you transfer from 1 server to another, the number of active players on the new server for the Alliance increases without the corresponding increase for the Horde. Therefore, it hurts the balance on the new server.
I already play on the server that I’m transferring to. same faction. I’m not a new player but a existing player
But you are going to spend more time on the new realm (aka become more active), because previously your activity was split among the 2 realms. Also you will become less active on the old realm, which will also affect it
I play full time Wild Growth by moving a character over does not increase or decrease servers. I could understand if I was trying to bring a different faction but I’m not. And to counter you idea I will still have 5 characters on the realm after the transfer
Yes you are right, my bad for not reading all the posts thoroughly. If you do not play on the old realm at all and just want to transfer a forlorn character to your current realm then it should result in no shift of balace.
However, most people want to transfer active characters, that is why Blizzard do not want to allow that
