Whenever i see a “player” that is clearly a bot 100%, i usually just dont report because its tedious as hell to go through the report menu every single time, especially if i see a group of 3-5 bots flying on the same coded route. By the time i finish reporting one of the bots the other 4 are already gone because it took forever to report 1.

If its too easy, it will be abused.
I reported several bots last weekend, so far I got 1 reply back from Blizzard.
There are so many bots leveling now its nuts. Almost all of them are paladins.
Easy to spot, I report them all. But I have a feeling not much are done.

Thing is even if one gets banned they just remake them with a slightly different name and they will be back in mere moments thus appearing nothing is being done. It’s very whack-a-moley.
i reported 10+ botanica bots a few days ago and 24 hours later i got multiple ingame mails from blizzard saying “your reports has resulted in action taken blabla”
