Hey Blizzard i just want to ask if we can get some attention here. There are still so much people who have FPS/Game crash issues and its not their problem and at some points its unplayable. After almost 2 months no fix, no reaction from you guys this is not normal we are paying for this game and we expect some results.
Please do something dont ruin this game… no thanks 
I came back to the game almost a week ago. And from the first minute I encountered this problem. I said there is a solution for sure. But no. I saw that it was almost exactly 2 months, but the problem is still not resolved. I have been having this problem for just a week and I’m weary. Who knows how frustrated people who have not stopped play. For 2 months, they had to freeze their screens 10-15 times a day or play at 30 fps.
I am not being sarcastic but we will probably have to wait for the pre expansion patch for the game to fix. I think they would have resolved by this time. I can’t find any logical reason for them not to solve.

For situations like this we always ask everyone to go through the general World of Warcraft performance troubleshooting, to eliminate the usual suspects for cases like this.
If you’re still having trouble after that, please make a ticket and be sure to include your system files
General troubleshooting doesn’t help. I opened a ticket and attached my files on it. Waiting…
+1 What patch is worse, yesterday’s patch I have Dc every 20-30 min. They will probably fix it only in Shadowlands although I doubt it XD
Well i tried every possible fix/reinstall on this forum or others and without succes. Yesterday i was on Mythic Drest´aghat with my guild and there was some moments where my FPS drop from 80 to 5 and game stop responding with my lowest graphic settings possible and my PC build.

Its just sad and Xanesh is even worse i dont have kill on him bcs after his first Torment ability my FPS and game die. Same at trash mobs they start casting some abilities and instant game crash.
Did you try changing your DirectX option from advanced graphic settings ? Make it lower as possible. Makes game stable but lowers the fps. This is not a fix of course. Blizzard should fix this. Its frustrating playing game with 50 fps when you can play it at 100+… Mourning is the only thing we can now sadly…
Ofc as i said i tried everything i saw on forums,reddit etc. Nothing help or improve my game crashes.
“sorry we didn´t answer to one of the most active threads on this forum,btw have you tried general troubleshooting” what are we to you, a joke, these crashes started with the launch of 8.3, there are over 240 replies in the thread that was created on the 8.3 launch day, and all we got are excuses, generic links and a “fix” that makes the game run worse, WoW is a monthly paid service and we have already been charged twice while your “product” is being broken, can´t you really provide more then troubleshooting, which according to many ppl including myself does not help
Guys, i ve opened ticket and they said close nvidia overlay that working behind. You know, nvidia control panel and geforce experience. I closed them and played for 2 hours. Didnt crashed once.
EDIT: It seems i was just lucky… I ve crashed once again after i open tha game… This is just sad…
Overlay is disabled since day one, but still getting crashes.
