I m pretty much finished in the waking shores and the only quest chain was Next Steppes, after taking it i now have Into the Plains with no quest marker as to where to go in the ohn’ahran plains. Is this by design, am i supposed to just randomly travel around hoping i come across the next quest npc i’m supposed to interact with?
Welcome to how the game used to be back in 2005.
How did you find mankriks wife without just aimlessly running around until you found it
Time to experience the real game
Personally I did more side quests than main quest yesterday lol, maybe that’s why I got my flying late, aswell as I’m still in low 60s
Remember you are an adventurer.
Pretty sure they had breadcrumb quests by TBC, certainly by Wrath.
There is a difference between every quest is in a campaign, railroad tracks from start to finish and complete free range roam the land like Kane from Kung Fu.
Bliz never do things by degrees they use the pendalum swing approach. People say there are too many Daily Quests in MOP so WoD has zero (not reduced by a bit or made more optional just gone).
So people think that BFA and SL were a bit too “on rails” so let’s just let them loose with no guidance…
Could this be a tie-in with flying? Are you meant to really use it to explore the terrain?
Not my type.
P.S.: Mankrik’s getting no reception these days. Something must be wrong with his wifi.
