They forgot reset MMR 
I started at 2.1 on demo and i was 3.3 mmr at the end of the season. Fells pretty reset to me. 
They didn’t log in yet and/or their characters have not been updated.
The #1 player in shuffle rn is an enha shaman with 2297cr.
I think blizzard need to make match history of players public, then community can help to pinpoint wintraders… this will add transparency to PvP, then we will see if those guys are legit 3k or guy named “Jimmy” by coincidence was in their games while they was winning.
Just look last season ladderboard was bloated with guys who play 100 rounds lifetime and sit on 3k with blue gear, never playing again, making goals unreachable for legit players. Guys who earned their 3k legit way shoud be celerbated with full respect, for those who cheated ban hammer shoud thunder, and no mercy shoud be shown there, transparency is key for healthly PvP
First of all 3k in shuffle was low, due to how inflated that bracket was.
Second was it really? If you ask me, I can’t name a single one. There were a few obvious pilots around r1 ratings (people paying r1 players to accplay their chars into r1 range), but whats the point of pushing 3k in shuffle? Whether you are 3k or 2k4 rated, the rewards are the same (unless it’s one of the weak specs, where r1 started below 3k).
Also how does a guy sitting on 3k “make goals unreachable for legit players”? I don’t understand in what way that guy is taking away from others, apart from taking their MMR, after beating them, which is fully deserved.
