Yes, I have the same issue… There are several threads about this issue on both EU and US forums as well which feels somewhat positive…

Example:

Game Freeze and UI resolution reset. Error WaitForSingleObjectEx Timeout

are you still having problems? the problem for me is that it freezes when I do alt tab…
