Since the last patch when I alt-tab and go back, sometimes my screen freeze for at least a minute. Is there anyone else who has similar issue?

same here wow complete freeze after alt tab after minute will unfreeze or windows popup error app not responding. It happen since 11.1. One time happen after alt tab hang whole computer. 
UPDATE:
in windows event explorer/system i found when wow freeze something happen with file nvlddmkm which is part nvidia drivers will try latest drivers released yesterday

Same here. It even made my PC freeze up, which forced me to do a hard shutdown.

uninstall the windows 11 24h orso update
I had to update my nvidia driver just after season 2 started, since I got huge FPS drops due to either the wow patch, or the win 11 update I just had a day earlier. Either way, it didn’t help for me fixing the freezes, but good finding. I hope it will fix it for you.
