Nobody is going to go to the end of Brackenhide Hollow to craft a bunch of phials, especially if the phials you can craft are not good, please remove this requirement or find an alternative, put a couple of them in the world version of BH instead, not the dungeon.

Why would I do a dungeon thatâs going to take 20 minutes to craft a bunch of bad phials when I can just stay in Valdrakken (or even anywhere with a portable lab bench) and craft a bunch of good phials?
Either make the phials better or remove the requirement altogether.

Because phials arenât the only thing you craft there. Either get used to it or choose a different profession.

No I donât think so, Iâm not going to get used to bad design and neither should you.
Like someone said on the US forums where a similar post garnered over 100 likes âI want to do professions, not group dungeonâ.

It does seem an odd choice to make it inside a dungeon only. I donât know if you could keep a cleared save.
But itâs not bad design in opinion. I like the ârpâ part of it and that some professions require specific stuff like that. It adds flavor. Donât like it then that sucks for you but it is what it is.

They had the dark iron blacksmithing in brd in classic
That was just outside the entrance to MC. Hence the Lava Swim Team guild names memeing it. However I canât say just because something awkward existed in Classic is really justification to do it now.

No it needs to stay - this is one of my fave things they added in DF.
I love it when profs and classes have quirky little things like this, makes everything feel more alive and interesting. I remember doing my bars in BRD in classic and thinking 'âI wish retail still had stuff like thisâ and lo and behold they added it back.
Some of you literally would have the game so that you log in once a day, press a button in the center of the screen that says ââdo everything?ââ, get everything done in 1 button press and then log out.
It is bizzare to me when people complain about things like this. Another example when they removed Rogues making their own posions - I LOVED doing that on classic and now itâs not a thing anymore.
You talk about bizarre and then go to extremes with a comparison. No one is asking to log in and have everything auto complete. A simple request to have the altar available in the open world does not compare to what you are saying.
I have to go to a specific looms to make certain cloth, but those are not gated in dungeons. All the person is asking for is that Alchemy has an equal equivalent.

Remember having to go to the Black Anvil or Forge in BRD to process Dark Iron?
You know the crit phial is BiS for a number of specs?
Itâs not, at least not in M+.
You guys all act like itâs Classic WoW, itâs not, having to do an entire dungeon to craft a bunch of phials is objectively not good in current WoW, you want me to fly to the world version of Brackenhide Hollow? Sure Iâll do it but having to waste time in a dungeon isnât worth it.
I think I might know a little bit better than you what is BiS for the specs I play.

There are a number of leatherworking recipes that also required the Alter of Decay. Not checked any other profs just yet, but it would not surprise me if some also had this requirement.
