Alter Time global cooldown nerf

A couple days ago, I guess since the last reset, the second Alter Time click (to go back to the initial position/ health pool) now has a global cooldown.

This negatively impacts this spell, at least in my eyes, because you could either use it defensively or use it as a double blink (blink - alter time - alter time - blink). Defensively it has little to no impact, but as a double blink it does have an impact because the time between both Alter Time clicks you will still be walking a little and then brought back to your position 1 second ago.

Does it make sense? Has anyone been playing Arcane and using this spell often and noticed it? And why would Blizzard make this change?

Yea…just tested it. I guess it’s there so we don’t double click it from spamming, but that makes it awkward to use if you just wanna instantly reset your Blink cooldown.
Not a fan, seems pointless.

Yes, this is not concerning pvp.

and that’s why it’s a stupid approach as seen here. You’re crying the PvP tool is not very comfy in PvE environment
