You mean in like -->Reducing the wait time<–?
If so i do not think this is possible.
I mean like there is no one to play with at all.
All you can do is post about this problem like you just did.
Realistical in my eyes and “Who Knows” an dev or pvp/arena/bg team-lead-director reads this and they might recode things into a solution such as merging servers together.
I feel your pain long time waits is not what you want as an player.
