Alt+R keybind not working now?

I had been away for a few months and for some reason now I came back, WoW no longer recognizes the keybinds that are a combination of Alt and R.

It is like if that combination is invisible to the game right now. Other alt+ letter/number work fine.

It seems to only be an issue in WoW.

Edit:
I ruled out that it was something wrong with my keyboard by binding on my razer mouse the ALT+R and ALT+2 combos.
ALT+2 worked normally but WoW did not react to ALT+R again

Generally this is down to another program being set to use the same hotkey, usually an overlay of some form. As a result, the keypress never actually makes it to the game. If you try the following, and the keypress works afterwards, then that’ll confirm it’s something stealing the input, and can start narrowing it down

Thank you, it was the nvidia overlay keybind for toggle performance to me.
Thank you for the solution Galcavon! Happy holidays!

Il semblerait que le problème soit réapparu apres la MAJ de War Within

oui pour moi aussi le bind alt-R ne marche plus.
j’ai beau chercher, aucun autre logiciel ne l’utilise

The latest NVIDIA GeForce Experience update has a default Alt+R bind (Overrides self-cast)

Cost me a couple of self-casted Divine Palms (and possibly a game) before I figured it out.
Disable in the NVIDIA GFE through:
Settings → IN-GAME OVERLAY Settings → Keyboard Shortcuts
It shows up under Performance (Toggle Performance Overlay), re-bind or delete.
