Alunira - Confirmed kill drops no mount

Hello,

After I killed the NPC Alunira the mount DID NOT drop, thus losing my 10 shards which i farmed for hours.

Since i have wasted so much time farming those shards and using them on NPC who didnt drop the mount I asked to recover the 10xCrackling Shards or receive the mount Alunira as intended.

The first response from the customer support was hilarious (and I filled a negative feedback): to “delete the WTF and Cache folder and reload the UI”. Is this employee serious? A NPC who is supposed to drop a mount did not drop and I need to delete a folder on my computer?

The second response was that all my case was forwarded to a team for an hotfix, but the game master has cleverly omitted any reference to restoring the 10x Crackling Shards or giving the mount.

The bug seems to originate from killing the NPC multiple times a day with a group of friends, but its their job to find an explanation and to investigate thoroughly the case before giving me “copy and paste” responses, since its my game time I have wasted.

I want my mount or at least my 10 X Crackling Shards for the time I have wasted.

I found out that, if you used your storm vessel and didnt get the mount, join another player with the storm vessel and you can loot it. if you wait one loot reset (one day). I wanna give a shoutout to a awesome warlock on US forums for telling players this! <3

Thank you for sharing this workaround, I am sure it will help someone instead of waiting for a customer support intervention.

Nonetheless having 0 friends who can help me I will still not be able to receive it, so my request still stands.
