I farmed 10 crackling shards and made Storm vessel, flew to Alunira which was up and killed the damn bird and couldn’t loot the mount? Rare didnt drop anything! Blizz wanted me to report it as a bug!? I want to be compensated with a new storm vessel or the mount I got screenshot as proof of it aswell.
I had the same issue and response from Blizzard. Helped a guy who was there to get the mount aswell, 1 hour later, i use my own storm vessel and could not even loot the mob. Wasted 12+ hours for absolutely nothing. Support asked me to report the bug and farm it again which is such a nonchalant and stupid response from them. Im not wasting my sanity from a mistake they have done to those shards again. Atleast restore the shards Blizzard… Have proof of everything also.

I found out that, if you used your storm vessel and didnt get the mount, join another player with the storm vessel and you can loot it. if you wait one loot reset (one day). I wanna give a shoutout to a awesome warlock on US forums for telling players this! <3
