Am i doing it wrong?

Thought id try some pvp today for the first time.

Seems crates are still the best way to get gear (Despite there being little to no PVP involved). But i ran into broken shard and it took an hour to get around 250 conquest.

I gave up because its just boring so i tried random bgs and i ran into constant Russian premades. Why is it like this?

Crafting pvp items seems a bit crappy too, i get it but i want to pvp not jump through crafting hoops.

Why not host a group and spam 2s or 3s for a quick consistent gain of conquest + honor gains.

I just dont like arena, i prefer bgs. I hate being stuck in CC chains.

I suggest you practice even if your facing stronger opponents, check guides and your BiS in your gear in murlok io, it will take a while to improve but practice will eventually give you some insight in situational circumstances, you also need to understand, as a Warlock, what can you do to help your team to seize victory.

Crate farming is clumsy sometimes but it’s still the fastest way to get conq in well organized group. Either that or spam normal activities.

Because current BG matchmaking is one-sided hot mess and it’s been discussed for a while already.

That’s the reality of being a warlock, you’ll be railed for like 90% of times because Warlock left on free cast is auto lose most of times. On other hand, SS is insanely good conq gain currently.

Consider trying BGB instead maybe.

Just go farm crest. Pvp is a meme at this point.

Ridiculous. PvE should not be the best way to gear up for PvP.

Design problems yada yada. It is what people do, they go easier way. Remember TBC/WOTLK classic Alterac CTA spam? Yeah.
