I was talking to someone, and suddenly everything in game went black and the game itself went unresponsive for like 10 seconds and when it recovered my character was walking in circles backwards.
What did you break this time, o Big Blue?

Sounds like it might have caught mad cow disease. The only solution will be to have it put down.

Sounds more like your drivers need updating with the black screen.

Hardly, my drivers are up to date. Also they usually dont take control of my character.
It’s just some new update they did, the game yesterday was just an absolute mess. I switched between characters and before it logged in on the one I wanted it threw me at character creation, had a warrior scream and then I logged in.
They broke something, come on.
Not all drivers are stable.
The walking backwards circle thing is usually a weird keyboard command glitch that has been around since the beginning.
I haven’t had any issues at all so it is not a universal problem.
Perhaps you should try technical or customer support?

You want bugs? My time runner’s extract gem button now makes it get hit by lightning. And other players can see it, so it’s server side.

I don’t think my drivers changed too recently, so my first thought is that something broke in this week’s updates.
its annoying for sure, even game crashes a lot due to prepatch

The fun one is when your character suddenly wont stop strafing to the left. The only way I have found that stops that is close the game down and restart. Fun when you are in the middle of a dungeons trying to skip trash.
Blizzard are not the king of stability that they used to be back in the early days of WoW. Every release feels like a fire fight. Remix was horrible and took an age to get somewhere near.
The game is way more complex now than it has ever been, and yet the emphasis is cut costs. The result can only be an expectation not a surprise.

Well they do, after all, have multiple dollars.
My game is even freezing when trying to kill a boss in Echoes, never happened before patch
680k EU and 650k US subs only adds up to about $10.3m per month. I can see why they are struggling. This is not counting the other regions at all.
