Im a mount collector in world of warcraft, when I noticed the battlenet game details sale, I decided to finally buy Diablo IV so I could get myself the Amalgam of Rage mount.
However, after getting it the Diablo IV game, I got told blizzard removed the mount, making it impossible to get it anymore (for now).
I got myself an unused Diablo IV extended edition from a small gameshop, claimed it on my 2nd battlenet account, and ofcourse it rewarded me the achievement/mount.
So right this is the situation:
On my main WoW account, I dont have the Amalgam mount
On my 2n WoW account (used a trial account, no paid access), I do have the Amalgam mount.
What would I have to do, to get the Amalgam of Rage mount from my 2nd battlenet account to my main battlenet account? Ive paid for everything, I would feel like a big letdown if blizzard cant fix something like this…

Refund the original purchase and buy new key with the mount.
I don’t see any other option as Blizzard has never moved or merged stuff like that as far I know.
Thanks for your suggestion. Due to some technical difficulties, blizzard isnt able to refund the original (DIV standard game), and buying another key makes this issue even more crazy…
It should be so simple, and that makes it feel even more unfair 
This is really disappointing. I haven’t seen any notice that it won’t be available after the expansion pre-order starts. Hopefully it comes to Twitch or the trading post in the future.
Where did you buy it? Was it for PC, Xbox or Playstation? When did you redeem it?

What I don’t understand, it says it was a prerelease item, right? Diablo 4 came out in 5 june 2023, myself bought it (on xbox) ultimate edition 29 october 2023 (close to 5 months after pre release) .
I got the mount and everything
my friend bought it today on xbox, ultimate edition as well, and don’t have the mount at all. There is NOWHERE saying WHEN it got removed. Anyone got a solution?
Not exactly, but rather it was awarded for all purchases of Diablo IV before it became available as a bundle together with the Vessel of Hatred expansion, so June 9th.

Ah I see - well anyway, he got it - just needed to download the game on an xbox and log into the game - and the mount was on his WoW account - problem solved
