Because back in the days, it was one among the hardest mount to obtain, also its kinda like a cool prestige for those who got it.
Blizz probably thinks it would be unfair to put such mount to the BMAH. Same goes for the Black Proto-Drake.
why is plagued proto drake in bmah but black one is not?

No idea for that. Maybe blizz think that the 25 man version was way more challanging than the 10 man version raid.
25 man raids were easier to fail, like the immortal achi run in naxxramas, or the 5 mins malygos kill. Compared to it, 10 man raids were easier.
I love the Amani war bear. Looks super cool on my Troll. For now I guess I can use a regular bear from Darkshore lol.
Because the black one… you know… if you count 1 and 1 together you will figure it out.
The others however… the bear is an achievement itself before the achievement system was out, maybe that is the reason why.
