Ambient noise can’t be muted.
Unchecked every audio check, slid every slider to 0. Still occasionally hearing some dragon roar ambient. It’s very annyoing. Having to mute the game outside of game settings is not acceptable.
Also, this only happens in zones with the same roar ambient sound.
I don’t think the dragon noises are classed as ambient. There was another thread similar a few weeks ago, when it was discovered the dragon noises classed as speech or something, I can’t remember exactly.
Trovlak is correct - what you’re hearing isn’t ambient sound, so that’s why that specific slider doesn’t turn them down.
Ambient sound would be quiet background noise like wind in the trees, water, birds, insects. Dragons, on the other hand, are very much present, and chatty.
