I do understand your annoyance here, honestly. I can probably cancel mine, it was getting close to when I’d be locked in, but I’m lucky.
OTOH… if they released a steaming heap of manure on time, would we be happier?

I appreciate greatly that it’s delayed, but screw these intricacies you’re talking about and get back to the customisation? Your art lead promised they’d continue that all throughout beta and even at launch, after that interview, you stopped doing customisations nearly entirely. Probably because you pull too much focus and resources to fixing intricacies. Please, don’t tease us, don’t say we can represent ourselves then do half-arsed customisations or still relying on locking stuff (human scars are locked to ethnicity??? wtf?)
Take your time, but take your time on EVERYTHING. Please!

Good. Now please, please, please use this time to make sure launch itself works too, I would love to be able to play as soon as the game is released. BFA launch was a disaster I was logged in the entire day waiting only to be DC’d at launch!

Not everyone with a job actually takes day off of work just to play a new game or expansion when it launches.
I for one think it’s great Blizzard delays the launch for quality’s sake. Did not see that coming in this day and age.
