I am surprised that some would rather have a game that even Blizzard don’t deem ready for release rather than accept that they’ve had to delay.

Covid has had an impact on many businesses all around the world. I can’t imagine it helps to have to work from home when you are developing a new expansion.

For the first time in over 15 years I decided to take a week off from work for a game to enjoy the launch. And now it gets delayed. This is why you guys just say soon™.

I’m glad you guys still value quality and polish but damn am I angry and disappointed. Please never set a release date unless you actually know it will happen. Just resume with the soon™. Anything but this frustration.

I don’t personally have any against any form of delays of a game that is gonna be good or become even better with some extra time work. I waiting for Cyberpunk 2077 and i can wait for that so some extra weeks is maybe new expansion Shadowlands needs.

I personally don’t read or hype myself to much about any game. i watch mostly a trailer on a game and then i pre order it or not depending what game it is. :candy: :blush: :candy:

While i understand why you have made this choice.
There are still people who have planned vacations around the given date.
Not giving some kind of compensation to the players for this would be very, very lame.

I am happy the game will be more playable ofc I am, what im salty about is that they MUST HAVE known they weren’t gonna make the date. They have never missed a date before so there is no reason for us to expect it would change, people have been booking leave for release dates forever.

This really screws those of us who actually work for a living and cant take back our leave, so I wont be shamed for feeling disappointed. Covid has affected all of us, how hard is it for blizz to just NOT give a release date until they are ACTUALLY sure of it. Like cmon how hard is it?

You seem to be slightly out of touch here…

While I do understand that a delay to make the game right is a good thing. The fact that we need that delay says a lot about the ‘current’ Blizzard…

't is what is… i am happy you guys atleast announced Pre Patch. hope that the balance for the end game stay’s intact and hope that we can do a lot of stuff we can right now. (so we wont be bored cuzz all our farm idea’s will be uterly useless :slight_smile: ) and lets hope we can start playing when its ready (rather sooner then later :wink: )
