And so it begins... Multiboxing bans

Mboxing is not banned, but surely can be harder to do for some people.

No, you’re not. You’re telling me what you THINK will happen without any reasoning as to WHY you think it.

It’s like you think that because YOU hate multiboxers that Blizzard must too; you are mistaken. Again, if Blizzard had a problem with multiboxing, they would have banned ALL FORMS of multiboxing, instead of just the iboxer software.

Indeed, a lot harder. So much so that most don’t even bother trying.

I admire your optimism but the multiboxers that are used to botting will find a way to do it again without being detected and ruin it for the legit multiboxers.

Dont think anyone deny that, but the new “way” also can come out in weeks or years. Nobody knows.

I can feel the taste of salty multiboxer tears even from here ! mmm tasty

Fun I read multiboxers comments “This dont really ban, wow still allow multiboxing!”
Sound like they are pissed off and salty

You are in denial if you think it was only bots. A lot of that going on I see.

Funny reminds me of a multiboxer using isboxer and 30 moonkins I chatted with a month before the ban. He was trying to convince me Blizz has no issue with the software lol.

Well look how that turned out.

Long overdue. Good riddance

I literally linked Blizzard’s official FAQ with a response to their stance on multiboxing. Read it.

They haven’t banned multiboxing. All they’ve done is banned the software that made multiboxing easy to do.

And no, I’m not a multiboxer. I’m just somebody that can actually read and that hates people constantly posting their uninformed garbage.

Playing a song for the multiboxers now on the worlds tiniest violin.

The question is:

What will happen now to BFA herb prices and quantities on AH, especially Anchor Weed

Especially in the next few days / weeks

They’ll drop even more since they are obsolete in SL

Nothing will happen.
I assume you’re a multiboxer and want to panic people into allowing it again.

Here is a little bit of economics. If one party does not farm the resources, someone else will. Most people don’t bother with herbing because they are used to all herbs being instantly taken by multiboxers but now more players will herb and because a wide amount of different players will be selling those herbs they will compete with each other on prices and lower the cost for us instead of 1 multiboxer owning the entire herb market.
Hey, wait a second…? Looks like banning multiboxers is a GOOD THING for the average player, who would have thought?
Did you hope 0 people here have a brain? Sorry to disappoint you.

Multiboxing is not dead. People just use hardware instead of software. Some of them even stream it:

Good timing;)

Less of them though which is a win for the random player with 1 character

I am sure blizz ban him too : ) bye multiboxing

Hopefully that happens

Why should they?

Hardware multiboxing is still allowed.

And as they didn’t even mention multiboxing as such in their info on the ban of input broadcasting software, but only bots, I don’t see it happening, as hardware multiboxing can’t be used by a bot.

Since multiboxing dont buy real money for subs
They use tokens from players sell.

It’s why finally ban them.
