So Anduin has played us all, including the Jailer, and I think I know why: to steal my beloved Sylvanas.

Hear me out on this:

All paladins know that you have to use Bubble + Hearthstone to escape every situation as bubble makes you immune and dispels everything, even domination magic!

The fact that he didn’t use bubble until now indicates that he’s playing the long game in order to gain the Jailor’s trust.
Once that trust was gained he will steal my beloved Sylvanas and marry her!

So in 9.1 we have to unite and murder the little lion until it’s too late!

Slay Anduin, save Sylvanas! Or my heart will be broken into a million pieces :frowning:

And yeah Anduin is a plate wearing sword wielding priest, he got NPC cheats.

He’s a priest. He’s an NPC, he can wear whatever he wants due to coding.

Only reason he got that plate armor is because he’s the high commander of the Alliance forces. The sword he got from his dead dad.

There’s three key differences between a Paladin and a Priest.

  1. A Paladin wears plate
  2. Paladins are melee
  3. Paladins become a beacon for the light relying on their faith to guide them, priests channel it at their whim.

So if we take a look at Anduin he

  1. Wears plate…
  2. Uses a sword…
  3. Literally turned into a beacon of light after looking to the skies in the BFA cinematic…

So, as we can clearly conclude, he is a Priest, obviously not a Paladin.

Damn boys, it seems you are right: he’s a priest that can wear plate armor and uses a sword to bash a troll shaman in the head.

Anduin is a Priest not Paladin. Source? Twilight Highlands quest chain start, Heroes of the Storm Abilities/Talents. Fixed.

I think it would be quite cool if Anduin pretended to be MCed just to reach a certain goal.

Though, not something as bland as marrying Sylvannas.

even if anduin wanted to marry sylvanas the nobles of stormwind would never accept her even if she was somehow fully alive again her countless enemies would most likely assassinate her :stuck_out_tongue:
