Anger management need to be removed as a talent

The AM talent needs to be removed as a talent and either be basline or not in the game at all, since the talent came to the game it have allways been the by far best talent in its row and thats not fun at all.

But isn’t ravager just better?

Nope, Arms damage heavily depends on the colossus smash window. So anger management and anything can let you burn rage fast for Test of might and so you get your cs back fast is best like in for the kill talent for example.

I agree with your thread man. and there is many wasted cool talnets with potentials as well like bounding stride and impending victory. But sense some talnets are almost a must have those talents are just burned out.

The ravager perfectly syncs with warbreakers cooldown with essence which would generally give you more power than just spamming colossus smash with nothing else to support it tho.

If anything, this combo alone will remove the need to worry about colossus smash, especially if you can fit crushing assault alongside Gathering Storm.

i am always open for a new thing to try. I have doubts that it can be good on small fights on mythics maybe but for raids …ehm. We will see.

TBH it would be better to completely remove talents, instead giving limited number of spells that can be used, something like in ESO, you have bucket of spells, but you must pick the ones for concrete activity you do.

Problem is not witch certain talent, problem with talents row tuning commonly and BFA malfunction design specifically

Anger management has been the go-to talent since WoD, I agree.

It should be made baseline.

Is annoying for Pwarriors aswell, they’ve nerfed the go to talents this expansion like into the fray and the passive vanguard trying to push self healing and indomitable down our throats. But they refuse to make AM baseline so we have actual fun options like Heavy Repercussions.

Not fan of the changes so far, while Necrolord banner is looking godlike tier of broken to the point I fear I’m not even going to get to try it before they remove it and fun stuff like execute so far the tanking department seems not as good as it could had been.

The changes applied to Brewmasters for example are ideal, they added skills with clear porpoise. They’ve removed and nerfed important part of their passive mitigation but gave very strong active skills that reward good gameplay for both dealing damage and mitigating it, raising the skill cap while giving options. That’s the way to go.

Could rework it as the mastery

How? Like the more mastery you have, the more it reduces cooldowns?

every something% of mastery reduces the quantity of rage applied to the cd reduction

so purely as an example, baseline is 20 rage = 1 second, and 100 mastery might bring it down to 19 rage

it honestly has potential to be op, so maybe it isn’t viable, but it would certainly make mastery feel valuable while getting rid of deep wounds scaling

add: it could be reworked in other ways as well, such as only applying it to say mortal strike/execute, which could free it up a little from being op as you’d only be getting the bonus on important casts

making it just reduce certain cooldowns outright with more mastery, so bladestorm/csmash just get a lower cd in general the more you have. Keeps the flavor of what Anger Management currently does and just gives it scaling.

opening up the cost of abilities the more rage you have, so at 100 rage Mortal Strike costs up to 50, but hits really damn hard compared to using it at it’s base rage. I like this one cause it plays into the tactful master at arms fantasy.
