Anima and shadowlands

The changes to shadowlands rep is nice but we need a quicker way to get anima. Im using all the tips on the net to farm it but its so anti fun its just not worth it.

i loved shadowlands aesthetic, love the armour sets and prefer torghast over delves but the covenants and anima system just blows.

I dont mind putting in work to grind for things but anima was the worst thing along with grateful offerings added to the game. Also the minigames in covenants to get the armour sets are stupid now the expansion is past.

If i have a max level covenant i shouldnt need to level it again when i switch covenants.

Took me forever to gather the anima to buy EVERYTHING with the Kyrians… I’ll be damned doing all that again for the other 3 covenants. :face_with_spiral_eyes:

I still need around… 75k anima to finish with Kyrians…

Granted, doing all raids on all difficulties nets like 20k anima per week, but no-one has time for that!

The anima grind back then more-or-less killed SL for me. I looked at the Covenant and each building needed thousands of anima per upgrade and I saw WQs giving 35 anima and I basically gave up on SL then and there. I went back to running old dungeons and raids for mogs and mounts or doing pet battles. This was content I’d do later in an expansion when I’d done my main content of an expansion. But in SL I pretty much went into legacy content mode once I’d leveled and completed the campaign.

The Covenant buildings should have had no Anima cost (or very minimal cost) and these should have been progressed through questing and rep. The Anima should have been for the cosmetics.

The fact it’s still such a pain to move anima between alts is also baffling to me.
