Animated Ulna and Flexing Phalanges?

does anyone know where can I get these two items? I Know i can get the animated radius from the Maldraxxus quarterter master. Combibing the the three items appear to create a pet

I guess nobody knows for sure yet.

Notes: Made from Lend Me a Hand - made by combining Animated Radius (from Nalcorn Talsen, Polished Pet Charm x250), Animated Ulna, Flexing Phalanges. The other two pieces are being reported as rewarded from pet battle world quests. I am yet to confirm.

Thank you I guess it could be unreleased content. Or Pet quest that has not appeared yet
