Days and days and weeks and months and this thing doesn’t come up. Why i’m forced to spend 30k on this pet? I want to collect it but blizzard don’t give us this damn thing! How hard is to make it appear NOT only once in 3 months!

Yes, and you can get it once per character, so your alts can also score Ulnas in case you want to sell some later.
