Anniversary Servers - Mob Respawn Times broken

Since the last patch , some mobs have their respawn mechanic broken, not functioning as before the patch. They all respawn in a certain zone/ area at the same time after a long timer, like Worgens in Darkshire or raptors in Wetlands. Most likely there are others. Ill add more mobs here also - murlocs in Baradin Bay;
